Initial Telephone Introduction

I offer an initial telephone or Zoom introduction for counselling or supervision free of charge.  This can be up to 20 minutes and allows us to briefly discuss your reasons for attending and what you are hoping to gain. It gives you an opportunity to ask me any questions you might have. Confidentiality and its limits will be outlined fully during our first session together and we will make a contract as to how we will work together. To arrange the initial call please contact me.

Appointments

Counselling sessions last 60 minutes and are usually on a weekly basis. If you feel fortnightly would be more appropriate for you we can discuss this option.

Supervision sessions are negotiable to your needs.  I offer 60 or 90 minute sessions, the frequency of which we would agree together.

 

Location of Sessions

I offer appointments in person at my office in Bishopbriggs which is easily accessible by train or bus.  There is free parking available at all times.

If you prefer to work together remotely, we have the option of sessions either via video call on Zoom or via telephone call. 

    

Cost

Individual counselling:  £60 / 60mins

Supervision:  £60 / 60mins   £90 / 90mins

Cancellations

If you cannot come to your appointment I ask for 24 hours’ notice cancellation otherwise I will charge for the session in full. If I ever have to cancel a session I will give you as much advance notice as possible and seek to rearrange the session to the nearest suitable time.
